Return Policy
1. If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete upon delivery, please raise a return request immediately with the delivery personnel.
2. Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery for all items.
3. Product warranties are provided as specified in the product details by the manufacturer.
Eligible Reasons for Return:
1. Damaged product
2. Incomplete delivery
3. Incorrect product delivered
4. Expired product
Returns Will Not Be Accepted If:
1. The product is used or the packaging is torn
2. Original tags, user manuals, warranty cards, freebies, invoices, or accessories are missing
3. The return request is raised after 24 hours of delivery
Refund Policy:
1. If eligible, refunds will be processed on the same day the return is accepted.
2. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, except for cash payments.
3. For cash payments, refunds will be provided using the customer’s preferred alternative method.
